Delivery

Amanda Coleman’s jewellery is handmade in our workshop in Lincoln. We have many pieces in stock and most items are sent in 1-3 days. Items we do not have in stock will be made to order and shipped within 7 days. If you need an item especially quickly then please phone 01522 262548 or email sales@amandacoleman.co.uk to ensure we can get your order to you on time - we always bend over backwards to get items out for when they are needed. On occasion an item may take longer than 7 days to deliver but if this is the case then you will always be informed.

Postage - UK and Ireland

Orders under £22.50 are sent by 1st class post and costs £1.75

Orders from £22.50 - £70 are sent by royalmail tracked and costs £5 - they will require a signature on delivery so bear this in mind when entering the delivery address.

Although we send items out by 1st class post Royal Mail does not guarantee next day delivery. If you wish to ensure your orders are received the next day after dispatch please select the Special Delivery option on the check out page.

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £70. They are sent by royal mail tracked 24.

Postage - International

We are happy to send items anywhere in the world. All items are sent by either royal mail 'Airmail', Royal Mail International Tracked or Royal Mail International Signed or Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Some of these services will require a signature on delivery. Postage within Europe is £4 for under £22.50 and £9 for over, Freepost for orders over £70

Postage to the rest of the world (excluding China and Australia) is £5 for under £22.50, £12 for orders over £22.50 and Freepost for orders over £70.

We have recently introduced delivery by TNT for a speedier International delivery. We have had issues sending items to China so TNT is the only method of delivery to China at the moment.

Please note if your order is being sent to a country outside of the EU you will be liable for any customs and/or import duties imposed by your country.

Orders for non-Eu countries will be charged VAT at the checkout but we will manually refund this after the order has been placed

Gifts

If you would like to send an item as a gift you may request a gift note rather than an invoice, this will not have the price on and may have a message attached. If you wish to do this then please write 'gift' and your message in the box on the 'basket' page.

All of our jewellery is supplied in Amanda Coleman branded gift boxes.
